Our research activities include niche areas like advanced Forward Error Correction codes; particularly capacity approaching codes and Advanced Modulation techniques for spectrum efficient high-speed data applications.

    • Current research projects include:

  •         FPGA realization of Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) decoder           for practical testing of new quasi-cyclic construction methods
  •         Simulation of 64/256/1024-QAM techniques high-speed data           applications
  •         Study of Unequal error protection schemes for HF and military           communications
